Shipping & Return
The following general returns policy is applicable for all items sold through Greenhive’s website :
An item may be eligible for return or refund within the applicable return/refund window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Item was delivered in a damaged condition
- Item has missing part or accessory
- Item is different from what was ordered
Please note that the request has to be made within 48 hours of delivery in case of any of the issues mentioned above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned is applicable.
